Share your form
Copy your form's link and send it to anyone, or open it in your device's share menu.
Every form has its own link, and it works as soon as you create the form.
Get the link
- Go to My Forms.
- Click the share icon on the form's card.
- In Share this form, click Copy, or Share… to use your device's share menu.
The link looks like https://forms.bodek.us/q/AbC123xYz0. The 10-character code at the end is your form's ID.
Who can fill it in
Anyone with the link can fill in your form; they don't need a Bodek account. If someone is signed in to Bodek when they respond, their account is shown with the response.
To accept responses only from specific people, invite them by email and turn on invite-only.
Respondents' drafts
Answers are saved in the respondent's browser as they type (Draft saved). If they close the page and come back on the same device, their answers are restored.
