Free, with or without an account
You can create, download and copy QR codes without signing in, and without a paid plan. Bodek Tools isn't part of any subscription; it's free for everyone.
Why sign in?
Signing in with your Bodek account lets you save the codes you make, including their content, colours, sizes and logo, so you can find them again, download them again or make changes later.
If you don't have a Bodek account, you can create one for free. You only need a plan for the other Bodek apps.
Select Sign in at the top of tools.bodek.us, or Sign in to save in the Save box next to the preview. You'll sign in on the usual Bodek sign-in page, with the same email, password and two-step verification as on every other Bodek site. See One Bodek account for every app.
Save a code
- In the Save box, enter a Name (up to 120 characters), such as "Shop front door". If you leave it empty, a name is suggested for you.
- Select Save. You'll see "Saved to your account."
When you open a saved code, Save changes updates it, and Save as new keeps the original and saves a copy.
You can keep up to 200 saved items. When you reach the limit, delete some to save more.
Find, rename and delete saved codes
Your saved codes are listed in two places:
- Under Your saved QR codes, at the bottom of the QR Code Generator page. Select a code's name to open it, or use the buttons to Download PNG, Rename or Delete it.
- On the Saved items page at tools.bodek.us/saved. Open it from Saved at the top of the page, or Saved items in your account menu. It shows how many of your 200 saves you've used, and lets you Open, Rename or Delete each item.
Deleting a saved code can't be undone. It doesn't affect codes you've already downloaded or printed.
Privacy
QR codes are generated in your browser. Codes you don't save aren't sent to Bodek or kept in your account, and a logo you add never leaves your device unless you save the code. When you save a code, its content (such as a link, contact details or Wi-Fi password), its settings and its logo are stored with your account so you can use it again. Only you can see your saved codes. Don't put anything in a QR code that you wouldn't want someone who scans it to see.
Still stuck? Contact support and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
