Create and manage albums

Collect photos into albums, choose a cover, set up a slideshow and download everything.

Create an album

  1. Go to Photos → Albums and click New album.
  2. Give it a name and add photos.

To add a whole folder of photos and videos at once, open the folder's ⋮ menu in Files and choose Add photos to album. In the photo viewer, use Add to album for a single photo.

Album options

Open the album's menu to:

  • Select photos to remove or download,
  • Add to slideshow (up to 10 photos shown at the top of a shared album),
  • Rename the album or Set cover photo,
  • Download all (the album needs to be shared),
  • Delete album. The photos stay in your files.

Share it

Choose Share album. See Shared albums: slideshow, conversation and notifications.

Favorites

Tap the heart on any photo to add it to Favorites in Photos. Favorites are for photos and videos; files don't have favorites.
